We've been able to add blocks (as seen in Block List and Block Grid) to the Rich Text Editor (RTE) since Umbraco 13, but they're topical at the moment with v17 being released, the first LTS version since macros have been removed, more of us are looking to replace macros for good! RTE Blocks are a new way of thinking about content (and a good replacement for macros!)
