It took me over 12 hrs to mentally & physically prep for PR media photoshoot this morning. Other than trying to lower my anxieties.
I had to ask for windows & doors to be left open, for their air filtration unit to get a new filter before my arrival at office. I put my personal air filtration unit near me, for entire time inside & kept my N95 mask on, except for the 26 seconds when we got our group photos taken by head TC photog. I used my nasal spray before & after entering building too.

I'm paranoid as heck over just those 26 seconds. Testing myself multiple times over next 72 hrs.
