Most #biofuels are NOT 'low-carbon'. Most have a carbon footprint as high as fossil fuels. And fraud seems to appear whenever anyone looks closely. BC's #cleanbc 'low carbon fuel standard' seems to be based on NOT looking closely. #bcpoli
