So a TV Celebrity millionaire is working at building a massive data centre in Alberta, *somehow* bypassing all of the (minimal) provincial environmental requirements and laws applicable.
Not sure if he’s taken into consideration if Alberta gets independence there may well be a lack of interest by companies in dealing with a loopy jurisdiction.

Still, I suppose he could get his wife to drive over anyone opposing him.
