Agar manages to avoid the winning runs coming off his bowling, but Hurricanes end the 14th over on 181-3, needing 2 off the last six overs at 0.33, current RR 12.93. The first ball of the 15th, bowled by McAndrew gets smashed away for four and Hurricanes win by seven wickets with 5.5 overs to spare. They were comfortably the best side in the league stage of the tournament, beat Sixers well in their first KO match and have dominated the final.

Wes Agar having a night to forget - clobbered for 22 in his first over, and his second starts with boundary and a leg side wide. Two more accrue off the second legal ball, then a six to move Hurricanes to within one big hit of the target.
