#Wayland runs successfully on more things than I think some might realize. For example, I successfully got this #BananaPi set up with #SlackwareARM 15.0, and got my favorite #wlroots compositor, #dwl.
Big thanks to @mozes, the maintainer of Slackware ARM, and all the folks on the LinuxQuestions forum, for putting up with my nonsense regarding getting my Banana Pi to run Slackware ARM and the troubleshooting that came from it. The first BPi had dead SATA, so I bought a new one that works good :)
Oh, and we merged Banana Pi BPi-R64 support today! 🎉 It's a bit older but still very capable, not to mention affordable little router.

Infix now supports the Banana Pi BPi-R64, an affordable WiFi-capable router board built around the MediaTek MT7622 SoC. Although it predates the BPi-R3 and uses an older chipset, it remains a capable and cost-effective platform — especially for anyone already running one or looking for a compact router board with a familiar Banana Pi form factor.
Dammit, prices for the Banana Pi R3 has spiked on AliExpress to almost *double*! 🤯
