Alors que l’article 37 du Projet de Loi Climat entend transcrire dans le droit la demande de la Convention Citoyenne d’interdire la création et l’extension des aéroports, Le Réseau Action Climat démontre que le Gouvernement n’est pas sérieux et a vidé le texte de Loi de sa substance.
