Noise Pop is good when it has a sense of dynamics and the band remembers the "pop" part: without hooks and melody it's just, well, noise.
This record hooked me from the first track, where Carla Azar just nails this great, rolling drum pattern. Only 3 albums in 20 years, but they're all good.
