One of the first points on my list for this new year: document my atomic research approach so that team members and stakeholders know what we're talking and discussing about.
This was the week.
I booked a free mentoring session & it was such a nice conversation without "do this, do that". Just refreshing and inspiring. Learned about #AtomicResearch and will try to get this framework into my team at work. Lots of tasks are still open & should be closed by Christmas. 🫤 Trying my best.
I had physio therapy + feet are making great progress. Hours on the roller trainer are packed with podcasts 🎧🥵 Catched up with writing goals during weekend. 🙌
