Came across this great channel for gesture drawing practice! The poses are in 1 min, 2 min and 5 min intervals, and I've seen a huge variety in movements so far, with action poses, goofy exaggerated and just good expressive poses.

There's a huge backlog with varying levels of costuming on the models. I'd been getting a little tired of the usual classical croquis, so this is a goldmine for mixing up practice with more varied gestures! 🥰

New Color Study of PG50 Cobalt Teal/Cobalt Turquoise went life today.

Cobalt pigments and toxicity - we hear and read about it a lot. So I went down that rabbit hole and looked into it further while experimenting with the gorgeous PG50 Cobalt Turquoise.

It's really worth reading to deconstruct some of the mysteries about cobalt pigments.
