Here's a post about my App Store rejection (for bad wording generated by Apple) so far:

I compared my app to Apple Creator Studio, and guess which is more "sketch?" #AppStoreDevelopment #AppReview #iosDevelopment

Free Trials

Late last night I received a rejection for an update to my app, FretSketch. FretSketch is an app for displaying guitar chord voicings offline. I wrote it because I am still learning ukulele. I know a lot of chord shapes for the soprano, but the baritone is tuned differently and all the shapes are different. I wanted something in my pocket that understood that. I was excited about this 1.2 release, as it checked off one of the major features I wanted to ship the first version with: A voicing tone analysis, which would tell you why you might prefer one particular fingering of a chord.

It looks like Apple has already "solved" this by removing my free trial on their end.

That's something I mentioned *I'd* be willing to do to solve this, so it's not as egregious as it likely sounds. Though I really don't like that *they* did it. Fuck's sake, Apple. #AppStoreDevelopment #AppReview

I really want to fight that insane rejection, but I like .subscriptionStoreControlStyle(.buttons) a lot more and I think it would pass. #AppStoreDevelopment #AppReview

I realized overnight I should probably developer reject my update and re-build it with one additional fix.

That probably means two more days.

I'm so frustrated. And they just approved it while I was doing my morning drive… #AppStoreDevelopment

"Waiting for review" is always so frustrating. #AppStoreDevelopment
I found a blatant math error in my app submission after three days. At least it wasn't In Review yet. #AppStoreDevelopment
