well that's not bad, now, is it? not perfect but I'm still rather pleased with it.
the upper faceplate came off the conduit mounting plate because the included screws aren't long enough; instead of digging for longer screws, I just hotglued it on, but longer screws would've worked perfectly well. (The short ones _almost_ did, but they only got like two turns into the PLA and I wasn't trusting that.)
anyway! enough unfinished atticrobatics. definitely substituted for my upper-body workout today xD
