Therefore I am on a fast until after the appointment.

My six month annual physical follow-up is at 08:00.
Normally I would not have a follow-up, but since there was concerns over my heart and blood pressure, she wanted to see me sooner. In the last six months I have been tested clear of any issues by Kentucky Cardiology. Therefore I am entering this appointment with no concerns.
There shall be blood-work, so I am fasting. Drinking flavoured water with my pills. #Heart #AnnualPhysical
So, you can imagine how much I am looking forward to breakfast afterwards.
I shall be in the Hamburg area of Lexington, so plenty of choices.
Shall be working this afternoon at the #FoodBank. Mostly rounding out my paperwork for the week.
Last evening I ordered 16 full semi-truckloads of a mixture of Fresh Produce to be delivered to our 4 Kentucky locations in April. That's about 640,000 LB weight.
Later in the evening I enjoyed wonderful virtual fellowship with 3 of my 5 D-Group guys. Unfortunately 2 could not make it, but we prayed for them and their families.
This type of group is truly the heart of the church, with shared trust to open-up and discuss our lives, prayer-requests, and praises.
If your local church offers such groups, then I highly recommend you check them out.
I am so looking forward to attending the live chat of #TheBugcast at 17:30 while the show gets broadcast. Yeah, an hour closer than usual for me, due to the US Spring Forward.
