I sincerely wish I had more money to spend on #firearms and ammunition, and fewer laws to get in the way of that.

I am a firm believer in the unalienable fundamental human right to keep and bear arms for the ordinary purposes of self-defense, and I do not believe any government has the legitimate authority to restrict me from doing so, absent extraordinary circumstances regarding public safety, public order, and public health.

No weapons at the polls or in court, OK.

The likely outcome is that the Court will issue a new opinion upholding the revised DoJ position, which is that suppressors are indeed #RTKBA #AmendmentII protected arms, based on prior #SCOTUS precedent (cf: Heller, McDonald, Bruen, Rahimi), but it is highly likely that the Court will opine that suppressors are still subject to the additional background checks and fees of #NFA1934 (at least, until Congress removes them from the #NFA, which is probable, currently in process). #USpol #ConLaw

President #Biden should absolutely #pardon his son #HunterBiden before leaving office.

I don't care if he is guilty. I disagree with the existence and constitutionality of the law he was convicted of violating.

I'm totally fine with making the Republicans cry copious tears over it.
