I just saw someone state that business casual means you can't wear light jeans and sneakers.. you have to wear dark jeans.

But.. but.. is it my age showing that I thought business casual meant no jeans - it's basically suit pants with a button down and no tie or jacket? Maybe suit pants and a high end sweater?
