Didn't stick that much! And beautiful searing!

TIL that All-Clad cookware isn't actually dishwasher-safe. We had four of our pans deteriorate to no longer be safe to use, and this is apparently a common failure mode. Hopefully they'll replace them, but I guess lots more hand-washing in our future.
