A #Republican candidate for #Congress, who spent 25 years in the #NYPD & has campaigned on being the "#LawAndOrder" candidate, was twice sued over #WrongfulArrests — including one instance in which she handcuffed an infant.
That's according to a Wednesday report from City & State New York, which reported that #AlisonEsposito, who is running against Rep. #PatRyan (D-N.Y.), was sued in 2005 & again in 2017 in cases that cost New York City taxpayers $120,000.
