Charlie was born with very deformed back legs, and found in someone’s yard when he was a kitten. Taken to a local rescue, no one thought he’d survive. The vet planned to amputate a back leg if he got strong enough. Then they saw how he got around with two ‘flippers’. We adopted him. His normal form of communication is growling and biting. He’s an amazing cat. So here’s Charlie, getting neck scritches and trying to join in with his funny back leg. Music by John Coltrane. #catsofmastodon #adoptdontstop
