@Darkphoenix Personally I think all #drugs should be #decriminalized and the hard ones should be sold OTC at #pharmacies to enable #QualityControl, #ConsumerProtection, #AddictionRelief, #Healthcare, #YouthProtection and also deprive #OrganizedCrime of #revenue.

• Cuz the reason there isn's a "#BlackMarket" for illegal #alcohol in places like #Germany is because illicit distilleries cannot turn a profit when they are being outcompeted by legal producers who don't have the "overhead" of a criminal enterprise necessary.

Also as we saw with alcohol and #cannabis any #Prohibition is just harmful and doesn't impact #SupplyAndDemand, but it does impact #crime, #PublicHealth and everything else...

• People didn't start to or consumed more #weed since it got #decriminalized, it only resulted in divestment and defunding of organized crime as people prefer to #Homegrow and #share with trustworthy friends than give money to some shady pusher!
