#Kids at least would come up with something interesting and maybe even beneficial as #UserExperience Testers when it comes to the role of #Passengers...

• Making shure any child-protection features work.
• See if the textiles can be cleaned easily
• Are Cupholders positioned accessibly
• Is the vehicle accessible
• Do child seats, baby buckets and seat boosters properly install and are they easy to get on and off
• Are there proper safety features to prevent fingers and hands being pinched

Okay, most of these could be tested by adults, but the only reliable metric to see if a car for a 1/3/5/10/15 yr old is interesting or accessible as a passenger is to actually daily drive it with one as passenger and take notes what they say about it.
