am sitting here, guesstimating how much #RCN #ASTOUND stole from us and it’s over $10,000 (we used their “services” for over 20 years).
i don’t know what am feeling right now because it’s beyond ire and despair.
my dad, mom & brother died because we didn’t have enough money for their health care needs. that money would have made a difference in my life.
Whatever #Astound/#RCN keeps doing with DNS resolution over the last few days, I think they should just leave it alone.

C1S0So #RCN #Astound charged me a $25 fee because my autopayment credit card info needed to be updated. An hour after getting the notice in email about the card not working, I fixed it and the payment went through.
I have never been charged any fees for a credit card payment not going through for any autopayment I've ever had setup. Ever. This cost them very little if it occurs (maybe 25 cents for the decline?). Charging customers a $25 fee for this is bullshit.
Of course, I called them and was told this was final. But they ended up taking the charge off after I mentioned contacting the credit card company and repeatedly telling them this was absurd.
