Looks like Ascend Airways have gone under.

They provided planes and crew to other airlines under "Wet Leasing" arrangements.

I've flown on some of of their Oman Air flights. Plane was very clean with older cabin crew than is normal for Middle Eastern airlines. They were extremely professional.

I hope they find jobs with other airlines.
