Feeling very called out by this ADHD Love video 😅

For anyone else who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, this recent-ish video by ADHD Love might resonate a little with some of y'all
ADHD Love - Late Diagnosed ADHD: The hidden cost of going undiagnosed for most of your life
Rox's experience isn't quite the same for us, where we're an AuDHD person, but we do still find a lot of parallels that hit very close to home
As Rox puts it:
"I hadn't even had time to look at my lateness, messiness, disorganisation. You don't go to therapy with that because it feels small. I'd always just blame me. I'm a messy prick. I'm awful. I'm lazy. I'm disorganised. That's not for therapy. Therapy is for trauma."
And when she started to suspect she had ADHD:
"... it was like this oh my God moment. It's not just me. I'm not the most disgusting, useless piece of shit in the world. I think I might have ADHD."
