Per Agnes' plans, the southeastern corner of the island has been cleaned up. As Resident Representative, she felt it was too cluttered of a space with Kapp'n's makeshift fish market.

Due to proximity to our campsite, Agnes preferred the area to have a simple, sophisticated look.

We have a new boat dock area for islanders and basic seating on the pier for those waiting to go on a Kapp'n tour. There is a single fishing area for solo fishing if a visitor (or resident) wants to do so. Also, she wanted a new boardwalk!

Agnes called Isabelle and Kapp'n into her office recently for a chat. Our southeastern part of Moduland has been occupied by a fish market, led by Kapp'n for a long while. While it looks very nice, Agnes believes it is time to upgrade the southeast portion of the island.

Kapp'n loves the current setup and is not really ready to change, He certainly didn't vote for Agnes, but she's the Resident Representative now.

So, renovations will begin soon on the southeast of Moduland.

I am heading out on vacation tomorrow with the family, so I decided to get my islander ready in Animal Crossing too.

And decided to get all beached up at various fun spots on Moduland.

Since the commercial district moved on Moduland, it was time to also move the beachfront amenities. So, yes, our beachfront bar.

This also meant that as we are in island-wide Christmas decoration mode, we needed to make some new offerings. We also switched up some ofnthendecore to be a bit more festive.

Spent some time yesterday working on the new shopping district, including the new surprise pop-up shop coming in. And what did Shino do?

After a year of having a boardwalk on this beach, I decided to dismantle it all and clean it up. The #Halloween themed Boardwalk was fun for a time, but I wanted it cleaned up in time for winter.

After Thanksgiving, I'll probably take down my hay maze too and revamp this whole area including the beach.

But so far, no ideas! Ideas not only welcome but encouraged.

Last night, while walking down by the pier, I ran into first Gulivarrr, then Walt hanging about.

As always, Gulivarrr needed some help as he lost his phone in the water. But Walt was just content walking around and taking in the view. He did snag up some fish from the pier side fish market before he went home. I get it. It's always fresh there.
