Harris County DA dismisses criminal charges against former public health director Barbie Robinson

Robinson, 55, was indicted last year on four felony charges stemming from an investigation by the Texas Rangers and the county DA's office, which at the time was led by Kim Ogg. New DA Sean Teare says the charges cannot be proved beyond a reasonable doubt.
