Additionally, state law #AB2011 which goes into effect in a few weeks (July 1, 2023) opens up a lot of the purple area on the map (Commercial-only zones) for housing. A grocery store with a fourplex in the parking lot. With #AB2097 removing parking requirements and #AB2011 allowing homes in commercial zones, this could be a good business model for small businesses with unused parking spaces.
