Fire rages at long-term parking lot used by Schiphol passengers

A large fire destroyed 40 to 50 cars in a parking lot in Rijsenhout early on Monday morning. The long-term parking lot is often used by Schiphol travelers.The fire was first reported around 3:00 a.m. Responding firefighters found dozens of parked cars already ablaze. Photos from the scene show a huge sea of flames in the parking lot and a lot of smoke in the area.
