Are the 32 hours distributed any particular way? Is it 4 work days with a 3-day weekend? Is it 6 hour work days? Personally, I would prefer 2 days of work and then a break day like a mini weekend, and then the other two work days.

Its not in our negotiations this contract, but I hope its put out next time. If nothing else, as one of those bluesky chips, (like unionizing Pages and other non-BU employees,) to remove for some of the Admin's bluesky ones. Get us closer to a middle ground want.
