Don't forget that the 25th Amendment can be executed by Congress too, not only the cabinet. Those in Congress pointing fingers at the cabinet are only abdicating their own duty as always. It's true they need Vance in addition to Congress to invoke the 25th, but all these people are rank cowards who are becoming more afraid of the people than Trump.
