In case you still have an account on Twitter, consider deleting that - or unfollowing everyone there but leaving the account in place = on #20JanuaryTwexit That way, we'll not just slip away, but slam the door with a bang, on inauguration day. Everyone will see their follower count drop. (Hesitating to post this here, because of the inevitable 'you should've done this long ago' replies, but hey, I'm sure some of you still have an account there ;)
In preparing for #20JanuaryTwexit, I downloaded my (143,700) tweets, likes, everything. Just select Settings(/Your account) and then 'Download an archive of your data'. May take a couple of days before you get it, so better act now. Works nicely after unzipping!
