15 trick or treaters this evening. The city had 3:30pm until 5:30pm official Halloween at the "downtown" businesses. Not bad for a small city of 1860.

Updated: 20 total. 5 were after I'd stopped. Potato chips were a hit, apparently. About 11 mini candy bars left. The full size bars went fast.
