It leans towards the analog side of the analog/digital spectrum, which works for a number of folks.

I'm wondering if I want to adopt+modify this for use with my reMarkable? Probably doable with some templates.

Right now I just use shared 1:1 google docs with my direct reports so we both see the agenda, notes, and action items.
