I'm guessing the persimmon's drying process is gong well. It seemed like too much trouble to make shallow cuts all around and then (was the cutting supposed to be before or after?) boiling the fruits for a bit... The fruits hang outside for weeks, the process is probably a resilient process. Why sterilize something you're just going to hang outside for a month or two? I doubt there's a nefarious youtuber goofball conspiracy to make everything seem so complicated that people just give up and go shopping and avoid any effort whatsoever.. After a couple generations of anxiety-inducing commercials it might be relatively easy for programs to find and promote the same sort of damaging effects you read (or see) in Annie Leonard's _Story of Stuff_, Juliet Shor's _Born To Buy_, and Susan Lin's _Consuming Kids_... #DryingPersimmon #Persimmon #柿 #干柿 #しぶ柿 #渋柿
