🚨 Overnight on Aug. 26 in just over four hours, unidentified attackers compromised more than 1,000 Javascript developers, stealing their GitHub tokens, npm tokens, SSH keys, application secrets, and cryptocurrency wallet files.

They pulled that off by infecting a widely popular build system called "Nx" and by infusing their supply chain malware with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered intel-gathering capabilities.

using now are being called AI for marketing purposes, but we do not have true AI at all, yet.

In theory we could use the Turing Test, proposed by Alan Turing in 1950, evaluates a machine's ability to exhibit intelligent behavior indistinguishable from that of a human. While some AI systems have demonstrated impressive conversational abilities and can sometimes fool judges in limited contexts, these instances do not equate to genuine understanding or consciousness.
