Craigslist scammers are so obvious. I have a motorcycle listed and keep getting the same email from different names:
"I came across your ad on CL, I really like the bike and I’m interested in it. Can you tell me does the bike have any mechanical problems? Also, if you could send me more pictures and a history report, I would really appreciate it! Could I maybe come to see the bike in person? Are you firm on the price?"
I know it's a scam because all those questions are answered in the ad.
Not too long ago someone was shouting into the void about how crappy Audacity is, and wanted to know if there's any other free audio editing software out there.
I don't remember who, but if you catch this toot, SONAR (incredible software) has been rebranded back to Cakewalk, and it's free.
Hey @TheDaughterOfTyr, is Record Store Day a thing up there?
Record Store Day was conceived in 2007 at a gathering of independent record store owners and employees as a way to celebrate and spread the word about the unique culture surrounding nearly 1400 independently owned record stores in the US and thousands of similar stores internationally. The first Record Store Day took place on April 19, 2008. Today there are Record Store Day participating stores on every continent except Antarctica.
