The floppy drive has seen better days as well, and the read head is trashed, so despite a cleanup effort the floppy drive is a parts piece.
Board tests good, but the smoke test proved that the 20MB HDD was most definitely toast.
Time for some NES work, using some classic cleaning hardware :)
After about an hour of work, I now have a fully functional Xbox One S. Most of the work was cleaning the unit of smokers-dust. The power on fix was due to a bent chassis preventing the power button from being pressed when assembled.
