This is long overdue, but we're finally sending out reminder emails for 5-year Pro Members whose subscription has expired, or will be soon.
Renewing this long-term plan is always a manual process, so it's just a little reminder to go in and subscribe for another 5 years, for those who want it.

Introducing Write.as Memberships
It’s been six years since the first time we celebrated our years of existence on the web by launching our long-term Pro plan.
Today, with hundreds of long-term subscribers, we’re putting a new coat of paint on this option, and renaming it Write.as Memberships, to reflect what you get with a 5-year Pro subscription: extra perks, and a lasting spot among a community of writers in our cozy little corner of the independent web.

@mcg So I realized that currently this only works if a subscription has recently lapsed. I'm going to make some updates that will let you add on another 5-years with an active subscription, and I'll get back to you!
Also, I'd note that we plan to run this every year around this time for the foreseeable future. So if you don't grab the deal this time around, you should be able to next year!
