All I want is for everyone to be respected, fed and housed and their needs met.

For the environment cared for and also respected for it’s role in our survival.

For jobs not to be extractive, and provide enough free time for people to thrive.

For trees to line every street.

For public transport to be easy and the first choice for almost every journey.

It’s not so much to ask is it?

So, if you need a 30+ plus years of C, golang, python, etc developer, an OP/Admin with 20+ years of Linux/BSD administration, and/or 20+ years of Open Source project maintainership, please reach out!!

Certain things that are "easy" in other languages may seem overly complicated in a language like @gren_lang, but easy doesn't mean simple. If you give in to the constraints, you'll find yourself coming back to code that is much easier to maintain and refactor. Once you're used to it, you start to feel the simplicity, and you start seeing those "easy" things in other languages for what they are: hidden complexity giving you short term gain in exchange for long-term pain.
