Hi! I like tech and building things as it is fun. Electronics, coding, 3dprinting all good.

Merry Christmas to you all!

Oh nein!

I have lost my T0 T1 offset at some point 😬

If you look at the base of the lettering you can see the copper isn't aligned to the silver, but you know what it still works.

Not a disaster as not overly noticeable, just more tinkering in the future 😆

Spend far too long faffing with configuration & slicing settings as I was having fun learning more about how best to optimise print quality.

Family over today meant I had to just press print yesterday & hope. A bed of 9 snowflakes on my SV04 idex was the aim & it turned out alright!

I think the main thing I was missing was a specific temp & retraction tune for the silk filament as I tested on grey filament. It is good enough!

I was very honoured to receive a bottle of the highly sought after 'Highway to hell' hot sauce by @foosel and their partner and some apple sauce all the way from DE.

The sauce is sweet smokey and with some garlic flavours. AKA wirklich lecker!

Cheers Gina and Dennis! I can't decide if I am going to put it on anything or drink it straight as it is so good 😋

Merry Christmas!

I guess dropping the buck converter and running it over with my chair wheel isn't too much of a bother since I have a spare and a #Pinecil .

Annoying but these things happen and the #Pincil heats up super quick

And here is the rear. Printed in the sample pla at 0.3 layer height

Benchy finished. I am surprised at how well the bow has printed. Cooling is working well there

Some blobbing but I think I can solve that with repositioning the purge bucket which has a wipe block to better wipe the nozzle

This #benchy is a bit different from most...

Currently printing a custom #idex printhead offset calibration model for my recently acquired sovol Sv04.

Bit of a fiddly machine to set up and came with a warped bed. However a bit of manual gcoding to get the probe offset without the mesh leveling getting in the way and some post-it notes under the magnetic bed and it is doing alright.

For the cost it is great. Have sent support a request for help with the warped bed and #octoprint server still to come

Need to get it off the floor as well!
