I stepped away from the news this weekend and found joy.
1) It was the first time this year it has been warm enough for me to wear shorts in Chicago 🩳
2) My kids were with me for the weekend and I took my younger daughter kite flying, which was so much fun 🪁
3) Saw a rainbow next to our rainbow kite 🌈
Belatedly realized today is the one year anniversary of my divorce being final. I thought I’d have more feelings about that, but I guess life moves on. 😵💫
I am so thankful for everyone in my life who was so supportive in the difficult times. Thank you ❤️
