@julia There are a number of options available, but it will depend on her individual needs, her available funds, and whether she has any underlying conditions that might might make some anti-androgens actively risky.

We have found some of the articles on Transfeminine Science to be very helpful for understanding feminising HRT, but we do disagree with the author's interpretation of the safety or usefulness of certain meds (e.g., bicalutamide; micronised progesterone).
The introduction article is a good starting point for understanding feminising HRT, but don't take it all as gospel.

For those who use pg/mL instead of pmol/L, that range is 109 to 163 pg/mL.
Estradiol monotherapy (i.e., using solely estradiol without a testosterone blocker) typically requires a trough estradiol level of 200 pg/mL (734 pmol/L).
