One year.

To paraphrase President Biden, if Putin chooses to stop his assault on #Ukraine, the war ends. If Ukraine and Ukrainians stop defending themselves, #Ukraine ceases to exist.

Whilst I weep for Ukraine and Ukrainians, I also weep for Russians, particularly those who befriended me when I lived there and who want no part of #PutinsWar.

I'm looking to replace a trusted #GarminForeunner, and thought I'd be getting a 245. But, I'm mighty impressed my husband's rather simple #Bip3.

Specifically, I'm also wondering about uploading stats from an #Amazfit to my #GarminConnectand other #fitnesstrackers.

Any and all experiences are most welcome. But, please note: my budget is somewhat limited.

After three years of caution, #Covid19 finally found me and my husband. I tested positive on New Year's Day. Happy New Year to me, right?

Today is day 6 of symptoms and whilst better than several days ago I'm far from 100%. Even with three vaccines on board. (I'd gladly have taken a fourth, but it was not available to me in Finland. Maddeningly.)

Be careful out there, y'all. There's still far too much virus circulating. This was not how I planned to start 2023.
