@marcoarment Our HomePod/AppleTV does something similar in that after some updates it stopped playing Music until we logged into a secondary profile on the AppleTV (which was linked to my partner and I don’t think either of us created and we never use) and found the music app in there wanted us to confirm the TOS.

@antonrohr @atpfm @marcoarment @siracusa As far as I know, it started out as a way for bakers to not accidentally break the bylaws. Breads/bread rolls had to conform to their advertised weight in (some?) market towns. Since that’s hard to do when kneading and splitting dough, bakers tended to throw in an extra roll to be on the safe side.

@philip @siracusa @atpfm I’d say WoSC is fairly idiosyncratic and the funnier the better you know the guy (Love you, John). There should be other episodes with more immediate appeal. But what that means will depend largely on who you are recommending to. That’s all I got, sorry, not the guy to memorize episode numbers.

We must thus expect a faster AMOC decline than hashtag#IPCC has predicted: "It is very likely (90–100% probability) that the AMOC will weaken faster than CMIP6 projections if meltwater forcing is considered." That's bad news; it increases the risk of passing the AMOC tipping point.
