Virtually no difference in the weight of the #iPhone 15 Pro Max and the 12 Pro Max… this is why I wish #Apple would switch to carbon fibre instead of using metal and glass. The new phone is still going to feel ultra heavy when you have to hold it up for extended periods of time!
Edit: carbon fibre has environmental issues so probably why Apple won’t use it. Given that, I’d go back to aluminium or maybe a magnesium alloy to reduce the weight, not as strong though.
I like the features of the #Apple Watch Ultra 2 but I don’t like the colours and I don’t like the bands. I want a space grey or black or midnight watch with a sports band. Until that’s an option I’m not interested in the WATCH Ultra line. Would be good if Apple brings some of the ultra features to the regular line next year!
I disagree, not supporting #Mac apps directly on the #VisionPro is a major loss. #visionOS needs more #macOS DNA than iOS DNA if this platform is to become truly successful.
As a compromise, perhaps #Apple could figure out a way to offer a #Coherence mode for streaming macOS apps to the headset instead of confining them inside the virtual 4K Mac display. Similar in function to the way #Parallels allows #Windows apps to run outside the virtual OS display.
