🌍 Curious about what makes the RESPOND project run smoothly? Let's take a look at Work Package 1: Coordination and Management, led by the University of Bologna (UNIBO).
This crucial WP ensures everything stays on track by organizing meetings, communicating with the European Commission, and supporting partners throughout the project. Ethics and data compliance are key, with WP1 creating an Ethics Charter and managing project data responsibly under FAIR principles.
WP1 is focused on the coordination and management of the project to ensure that its objectives are completed on time, within budget, and meet EU quality standards. The core responsibilities include overseeing the scientific, financial, and administrative activities, ensuring the timely delivery of project outputs, and maintaining effective communication with the European Commission. Task 1.1 involves organizing and reporting on project meetings, including the kick-off and periodic meetings, and handling communication with the European Commission. Task 1.2 ensures ethics compliance through risk assessments, consent forms, and the establishment of an Ethics Charter. Task 1.3 focuses on creating a Data Management Plan to guarantee that data is managed according to FAIR principles. Task 1.4 oversees knowledge and innovation management to monitor and disseminate project results with a focus on high-impact innovations. Task 1.5 ensures legal and contractual compliance by overseeing adherence to the Grant and Consortium Agreements, while Task 1.6 manages the financial and administrative aspects, ensuring proper fund distribution and assisting partners with financial matters. Together, these tasks ensure the smooth running of the project, from coordination and ethics to data management and financial oversight.

As part of the LesBi At Work project coordinated by the international association Sustainable Communication, we are launching a survey aimed at Lesbian / Homosexual or bisexual people, preferably working or living in the Brussels Region, to gather their experiences in the workplace. The LesBi At Work project examines the realities experienced by lesbian and bisexual people in terms of discrimination and emancipation in the labour market. --> This questionnaire focuses mainly on the situation in Brussels, but you can still respond if you do not work in Brussels. The survey will also provide a basis for discussion at a conference on the same theme, to be held in May 2025 at Les Grands Carmes, as part of 2025 Pride Month's activities. --> The questionnaire should take you a few minutes, there are 26 questions.
