Oof, feeling a bit beaten up at the gym - mostly just fatigue. Wondering if it is time to go down in weight and maybe add some a bit more cardio.

Doing 265 @ 8 rep, 5 sets is pretty exhausting to be honest.

Back from a work trip, so I had a good 5 day rest (well as restful as it could be).

Getting back to the gym next week, so my joints should be good and rested and ready to keep going heavier.'

Last round of everything was

- Bench: 5x8, 215 lbs
- Squat: 5x8, 265 lbs
- Deadlift: 5x8, 265 lbs

It’s coming along.

Sitting nicely at 225 lbs, and 17.25” arms. Generally eating to maintain in the hope that I can lose some body fat while I work on putting on muscle.

Did deep squats and good bench press yesterday.

PT for my shoulder is going swimmingly, it's really minor mobility stuff according to them and we should be able to get it better fairly soon.

Feeling big and thick, which is always a fun vibe to ride through the day.

Feeling strong, did my second day of squats with 5 sets of 245lbs this week. Feeling confident I can up to 255 for at least one or two of the 5 sets on the next round.

Woo, my doc is mailing me the physical therapy script.

Good news so I can get to working on fixing up my shoulder before it gets to a bad state while I’m doing my workouts.

First round of weekend lifts done. Now just to get my sleep schedule back on track so I can rest properly.
