Does anyone remember the Natural Selection HL1 mod? Or the standalone NS2 game (I have it but never really got into it, I’m not sure why). It was pretty unique for the time, using the HL engine to create more or less a RTS game with player controlled units. Humans had one player become a commander who looked at the world from above and placed buildings, aliens didn’t (in the original game but did in NS2). There were also other insteresting gimmicks, like the basic alien could walk on walls, there were flying units, etc.
People are talking how Palword surpassed BG3, and meanwhile I didn’t yet finish Celeste or Signalis, and didn’t even start Disco Elysium (that I have bought long ago)
> "I confess that, in 1901, I said to my brother Orville that men would not fly for 50 years. Two years later, we were making flights. This demonstration of my inability as a prophet gave me such a shock that I have ever since refrained from all prediction."

70 years later, people walked on the moon.

Hey, folks. I still need some financial aid.

My rent recently went up, then I was hit with a random fee that consumed 20% of my monthly budget. If that weren't enough, the semester's finals are there and it's extra difficult to work 12-hour shifts while also studying (as if it weren't difficult already).

I'm just so bloody tired.

If you have anything to spare, please consider donating it to me.
Appreciate it.
