A) So there's this game called PIKUNIKU. The rendering style is flat vector-esq shapes. It works great for the game… Buuuut they also made this charming little trailer, with all that flat art remade in beautifully-lit plasticine. And it looks just so jolly!
B) The current prevailing computer GUI aesthetic is like a hangover of the iOS 7 flat design craze. It's milquetoast utilitarian. Hate it.
GUI designers — you now know what needs to be done! Let's do it!
