In reading an important discussion of the IP assignment in the new Mastodon.social ToS:

I was GOBSMACKED to discover the new ToS has a "binding arbitration waiver," which takes away your right to sue, no matter how badly the service abuses you.

These are profoundly unethical, terrible clauses. They should never, ever appear in "adhesion contracts" (that is, contracts that you merely click through, rather than negotiating.)

@Lana @nkalamb.bsky.social I think it's going to take a long time for the truth to come out. Both the Iranian and Trump regimes have a track record of gas lighting. Both will claim victory here as a matter of course, no matter the actual outcome on the ground.

It's possible the first direct evidence of success will be radiation detectors in nearby countries picking up emissions. Proof of failure is a bit harder, as the Iranians aren't likely to let western officials or journos in to inspect the facility, and any pics they release could be old or doctored.
