My work requires us (for complicated reasons) to take a week of vacation for the week of July 4th. I'm tempted to take a trip up to Canada this year just to be contrary.
Probably still wouldn't be able to escape the fireworks, though.
I kind of want to write a health/medicine tracking app myself, since nothing out there does what I want.
But then again, the thought of reinstalling XCode and re-learning Swift is physically tiring. And that's not even getting in to the privacy concerns if I ever wanted to publish it. And so on.

From what I understand, we're getting something like six seasons of the show, so maybe they'll explore that more fully in future episodes? (Maybe not, but I can hope.)
